Aero Canopy Media Corp. provides Red Panda Dash on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any interruptions in service, data loss, or the reset of your Jade Leaves balance. Your participation in this free social casino is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of Red Panda Dash shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
